B D Stodart Construction successfully completed a comprehensive civil works package for the Greenfields Shopping Centre, focusing on both internal and external infrastructure development to support the facility’s operational needs and enhance overall accessibility. Scope of works included:-
INTERNAL WORKS
Full construction of parking area layer works.
Brick paving and kerbing throughout the internal roads and walkways.
Installation of stormwater drainage infrastructure.
Sewer installation.
Water reticulation systems to support the centre’s utility needs.
EXTERNAL WORKS
Widening of access roads, including all associated layer works.
Asphalt finishing using a specialized asphalt paving machine for high-quality surface treatment.
Road rehabilitation and stormwater upgrades to existing infrastructure.
Installation of kerbing and road markings for improved traffic flow and safety.
