Bruce leads B D Stodart Construction with a hands-on approach, working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure expectations are met throughout each project. With a background in the road construction industry as a qualified DPF, he built his career before pursuing his passion to establish his own company. Bruce is committed to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Finance Director
Tracey oversees the finance department with precision and dedication. Detail-oriented and thorough, she ensures that every process is accurate and reliable. With a strong focus on efficiency, compliance, and sound financial management, Tracey plays a key role in safeguarding the company’s resources and supporting long-term growth.

Projects Manager
Brad joins us with over 12 years of hands-on experience from the UK, having worked his way up through every stage of the construction process. Reliable and committed, he takes pride in solving problems and delivering projects to a high standard, ensuring each build reflects both quality and care.
Murray Swannack
Workshop Manager
Murray oversees the maintenance and reliability of the company’s fleet and equipment, ensuring machinery is serviced, repaired, and ready for use. Qualified as a DPF with a background in road construction, he combines mechanical expertise with a hands-on, problem-solving approach to keep projects moving safely and efficiently, minimising downtime on sites.

Ano holds a Bachelor of Honours in Civil and Water Engineering from NUST and has experience across structural works, civils, and road construction. A results-driven team player with strong technical skills, he combines diligence and innovation with a passion for sustainable engineering solutions.
