Our recent project involved the meticulous development of a large-scale subdivision, it is a high complexity project within the Harare suburbs adjacent to the ever busy E.D. Mnangagwa Road with varying scope of works such as:

The project involves many stakeholders (such as the client, design engineer, local residents, ministry of transport, ZESA, Various billboard advertising agencies, Liquid Telecoms and City of Harare to name a few), and owing to the nature of the works being ever evolving, we try and accommodate said stakeholders as and when new challenges arise whether it be encountering multiple unforeseen services to general safety and traffic management.

All the while, we provide a dynamic and proactive approach to accommodate service relocations/removals, advertising removals/relocation, ensuring local access for private residences is in place at all times all whilst aiming to meet our production targets and maintain our critical path in the construction program for the scope of works with an emphasis on a quality product being achieved for our client.

We pride ourselves on maintaining close client relations and providing input as necessary in such a complex project for the sake of critical thinking, adaptability and value engineering to ultimately save time and money without compromise on quality.
